Introduction
Atelier Noor sent this at no cost. It is one of very few complexion products I have tested where the shade range is the headline rather than the footnote, and eleven of its 28 shades sit in medium-deep to deep. That distribution is unusual at this price, and it is the reason this review exists.
Testing conditions
Six eight-hour days in shade 14 Warm Sand, three set with powder and three left unset, photographed at hours 0, 4 and 8 in fixed lighting.
Applied with a small brush after the first test. The supplied sponge tip picks up too much product to control.

Observations
- Shade range Matching
Eleven of the 28 shades sit in medium-deep to deep. That distribution is unusual at this price and it is the strongest thing about the product.
- Hour 0 Finish
Genuinely luminous rather than shimmery. Medium coverage in one layer, buildable to two without thickness.
- Hour 4 Wear
Fine creasing under the eye on all three unset tests. Set tests were clean at hour four.
- Hour 8 Wear
Creasing visible on all six tests, set or not. Powder delayed it by roughly three hours but did not prevent it. The 16 hour crease-resistant claim did not hold in any test.
- Hour 8 Colour
No colour shift against the hour-zero photographs on any of the six tests.
- General Applicator
The sponge tip picks up too much product. I used a brush for every test after the first.
Visual evidence
Hour 0, 4 and 8 frames on all six days, with set and unset tests photographed under identical lighting so the three-hour difference is visible rather than asserted.

Assessment
Suitability
Strengths
- Shade range is genuinely inclusive at medium-deep and deep
- No colour shift across all six tests
- Luminous finish without shimmer
- Buildable to two layers without thickness
Limitations
- Creases by hour eight even when set
- The 16 hour claim is not reproducible
- Sponge applicator dispenses too much
- Requires powder to reach even four clean hours
Suits well
- Anyone whose shade is under-served by imported ranges
- Days up to about six hours with powder
- People who want luminosity rather than a matte under-eye
May not suit
- Full working days without touch-ups
- Anyone who dislikes setting powder under the eye
- Anyone wanting to use the supplied applicator
The verdict
Buy it for the shade range, which is the best I have tested at this price, and plan for a touch-up. The formula is good for six hours and is being sold for sixteen.
- Best for
- Accurate deep warm shades with a luminous finish
- Would repurchase
- Yes
Conclusion
Six tests produced one consistent result: excellent shade matching, excellent colour stability, and creasing by hour eight regardless of powder. If your shade is one the big ranges skip, that trade is probably worth making. If it is not, there are longer-wearing concealers.
Update log
-
Retested after the brand changed the applicator. Formula unchanged, creasing result unchanged. Applicator criticism retained because the original sponge tip remains in circulation.
